“Listen Child”

Genre: trip-hop, hip-hop beats, orchestral hip-hop.
Sounds like: delightful melodies made for above the clouds.
Bottom line: This San Francisco production duo (Kingston & Young God) grabbed my attention last year with their Razah’s Ladder release. This album is even more marvelous—their beats and orchestra-driven sounds leave behind earthbound emcees, taking flight for heaven.
