This fall Julian Hamilton (vox/keys) and Kim Moyes (drums/programming), better known as The Presets, continue their sonic crusade on the American music loving masses. Hell-bent on converting the most stoic of rock music fans into pop-possessed dancing maniacs, the band will traipse around the country for 30-odd dates with co-headliners and Modular labelmates Cut Copy.

To celebrate their return to North America, The Presets release “Talk Like That,” the third single from Apocalypso. The dance-pop tune comes with a video courtesy of the enfants terribles of music videos, Jonas and Francois. Shot in a disused mansion on the outskirts of Paris, it features French model and it-girl Valentine Fillol-Cordier.

Awesome… just awesome.
My friend and I went to their concert with Cut Copy in Austin and Kim threw his drum stick into the crowd during the concert, and me and my friend both caught it and I fought with her for five minutes about it and neither one of us would let go….so I let go of the stick and I left the bitch their at the concert! In downtown Austin without money for a cab! BECAUSE I LOVE THE PRESETS THAT MUCH!! And We haven’t talked since. I caught that stick and that bitch knows it!! I <3 the presets!!!
