Eidos and Warner Brothers Interactive announced Monster Lab, a game that is being described as “Pokemon meets Tim Burton.”

Players take on the role of an apprentice scientist who must perform outrageous experiments to bring your own beastly monster to life from over 150 monster parts. Creature in tow, players can search for ingredients to build more monster parts, hunt out friends’ and foes’ monsters to defeat in combat, and uncover spooky quests and challenges. Rise through the ranks and become a worthy mad scientist of defeating Baron Mharti.

This monster breeder is slated for release in November for both the Wii and DS.
