As if Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen needs any more hype!  I saw the film in IMAX last night and it was good summer fun.  Lots of laughs, truckloads of action and just enough Megan Fox.  I do recommend seeing it in IMAX for the few scenes where they use the entire screen.  No spoilers here, but you can probably guess that the special scenes contain gargantuan robots beating the rivets out of each other.

While you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see the movie in theaters, the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen game is in stores today.  As a special promotion, Xbox LIVE has Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park playing the game with fans this Friday.  Linkin Park recorded the song “New Divide” for the movie and also worked with Hans Zimmer to incorporate the track into the score.  Though Linkin Park isn’t known for being much of a BPM band, I will be interviewing a big time BPM artist who also worked with Mr. Zimmer recently.  Stay tuned.
