This past weekend’s Electric Daisy Carnival crushed attendance records for electronic music festivals in the US. With a lineup to suit nearly all fans of EDM, the crowds descended on downtown Los Angeles for two days of dancing and revelry.Attendees from around the country and even overseas were treated to an audiovisual spectacle on par with music festivals like Coachella, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. With the two day setup in the heart of LA, the festival was able to attract fans from farther away and bring in a larger contingent of younger folks. By 4am Sunday morning the crowds were still huge and joyous. The kids will be back next year and they’re bringing friends… Insomniac and Los Angeles better be ready.
