Now I know that a cemetery and watching movies don’t really go hand in hand, but when it comes to summers in Los Angeles, the combination is nearly unbeatable. Every Saturday and Sunday night in the summer season, Cinespia throws movie nights, which after 8 years of success has become a true tradition to Angelenos. This past Saturday, Cinespia was showing the 1955 classic Hitchcock flick, “To Catch a Thief.” The gates open at 7pm, and you want to get there early because the crowd gets packed fast and you will want a good view! Even though the show starts at 9pm, I personally feel the best part is grabbing a bunch of your friends and having a picnic before the sun goes down. You think that’s ideal? DJ Carlos Nino spins before the screening while you eat and relax. It’s the best escape for your Saturday night and with the movie ending at 11pm, you have plenty of time to go out for some drinks afterwards!
