The list would have to include Kate Beckinsale in the Underworld movies, Milla Jovovich in the Resident Evils, Uma Thurman in the Kill Bills and Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It’s enough to have Wonder Woman clanking her bracelets together in approval. But inevitably, there’s a backlash. In this case, it’s Superheroines Demise. Apparently, These Women Must Have Misplaced Their Superpowers In Their Invisible Jets. These superheroines are all too quickly bound, stripped, groped and locked in cages. They may emerge victorious, but there’s always some muddy, bloody humiliation along the way. She-Hulk and Kara Zora-El need to sit these women down and show them there’s more to life than posing for photo comics on pornographic fetish sites. There are volcanoes that need to be extinguished and mad scientists that need to be stopped.
