Neon Indian really blew us away with their last single, ‘Deadbeat Summer’ with a retro mellow sound that was perfect for a lazy day. Now, Alan Palomo, the man behind Neon Indian has released another track titled “Sleep Paralysist!” which feels like the Palomo evolved into a clean psychedelic sound.
Chris Taylor from Grizzly Bear actually produced this track on Green Label Sound and you can really hear his influence in the song. Listen to the track below- I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Neon Indian will also be playing at SXSW in Austin- so check them out if you’re going to be out there.
Eyewear brand Mykita and avant garde designer Romain Kremer have joined forces to create a pair of shades that will make you want them, but have no idea if you can sport them. The design of the sunglasses were inspired by the first man in outer space, Yuri Gararin, and you can really see the inspiration in the design.
The sunglasses feel like they have combined Kayne’s shutter shades with a warrior’s helmet and I can safely say I’m pretty obsessed. It’s also pretty predictable that Lady Gaga was already spotted wearing the black colorway. The sunglasses come in two shades, red and black and will be released for the Fall/Winter season for 575 euros
